Mayor Lovely A. Warren announced today that Rochester Animal Services will host a one-day, free pet adoption event supported by Best Friends Animal Society and Verona Street Animal Society. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March. 24 at the Rochester Animal Services Center, 184 Verona St. Adoption fees will be waived for all cats and dogs six months and older that are adopted on Saturday.

Please bring a collar and leash or pet carrier to ensure that pets may be transported to their new homes safely.
